I was actually a part of the first fitness group to test out the x-step! I’m also in 3 of the Fitness DVDs lol.

X-step is an amazing program and I lost over 17 inches off my body in 60 days. It’s really fun, high intensity, and it’s really easy on the knees (been suffering knee problems over the past few years).

The results were amazing and all of my peers who worked out with me saw phenomenal results and I couldn’t be prouder of a product. Usually I don’t believe in any fitness product but being chosen as a participate and experiencing it myself…. I 100% LOVE x-step.

My fav snacks are alpeps w/almonds or walnuts or 100% natural peanut butter or almond butter, Chobani or Kosama protien bars (Apples are my staple fruit b/c they are so portable, what I put with them is always a yummy surprise!) If I need a chocolate fix I mix chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark choc.) with raisins & have a handful of the mix (it’s about a 1/4 cup)
